LAFC + Son fan views I DO NOT respect: This is ALL MDS's fault. He is the reason Son is not doing well! We can't win because Son is washed! Objective, multifaceted analysis I respect: MDS doesn't set us up tactically to be lethal in attack. JT didn't build the roster well enough. Son & others have dipped in form; it's not JUST tactics. So many people want to blame just one thing, when in reality, it's always a cluster of problems. Mix that with some fans who can't get past their bias for managers or players, which blinds them to the real root problems. Son HAS been put in MANY great positions to score, only to fumble the ball. That's okay; all players dip in form from time to time. MDS has also been given opportunities with a fully healthy squad, in form and rested, but has fumbled badly. I don't blame Son alone, nor MDS alone, for all of our problems. I will say I blame MDS & JT the most, but let's not blind ourselves to the deeper problems THROUGHOUT this team, from head (FO) to foot (players). As an original LAFC fan since day one, I only want the very best for this team's success. I, and many others, are above coach or player bias; we just want the team to succeed and win trophies. And I WILL call out what I genuinely see as the many reasons we are not doing well. Manager/FO or player supporters should not intimidate us into speaking softly on hard issues.
