Still need rain? Yeah, us too. Chances are going up starting this weekend in the Panhandle, and hopefully spreading east through next weekend. Yes, get ready for soggy popcorn balls on Halloween! ticker.mesonet.org/ #okwx #okmesonet
Yoda from Star Wars delivers some welcome news for drought-stricken Oklahoma: “No, there is another!” NOAA's October 28–November 1 precipitation outlook favors above-normal rainfall across Oklahoma, with the strongest odds extending from the Southwest into Texas. The headline, “That rain was our last hope,” sets up Yoda's famous response, suggesting another round of much-needed rainfall could be on the way.

The mantra for Cleveland the last five or so years.

Can’t win if you don’t score. Until that’s addressed, nothing else matters.

I've never heard so many advertisements for adult diapers as I have on @Brewers radio. Some big money being thrown around for big deposits in Wisconsin...

Fox weather reporter Robert Ray live dramatically bracing from the wind, he had just come out of a leaning squat and random person nonchalantly walks by and says it’s a bit windy 🤣. I feel like I just came from a Shakespeare play!

Water watch: Impressive storm has resulted in an increase of Flood Pool storage from 0% to 14% at Tuttle Creek Lake. That is impressive! Inflows are starting to slow down now...

Incredible amount of rain the last seven days! Some places saw a surplus of 4-5" above normal for the week. However, still some work to do for southern Kansas to alleviate drought impacts... #kswx

Impressive. I can name many towns in the Plains that couldn't handle such rain amounts in that small amount of time.

Papio NRD crews were out across the Papillion Creek Watershed monitoring levees, channels, bridges and flood reduction infrastructure. Our systems are working exactly as designed. A powerful reminder of why our community has invested for decades in this critical infrastructure.
