On NOLAN WELLS' PHONE: According to the independent forensic analyst of Nolan's phone, Nolan got back on the boat at 2:17PM and unlocked his phone using Face ID. The phone was on a boat that traveled and stopped at a boat ramp then at someone's home. Nolan's phone was unlocked again around 4:36PM at the time of the Sea Tow call and unlocked again hours after. Messages from Snapchat were deleted and his phone was used up until his parents received it on July 5th.
