I must have a new driver. Last month, two of my packages were delivered to the wrong house, 10 minutes apart.
I was able to find them by the picture. Now the last two days, I received texts that I wasn’t home. Two of us were here. No note on my door.
@FedExHelp both times I called. Today they say they will try tomorrow, and if I’m not home, they will return. But, I am home! How do I get the driver to the correct house? The address is correct. #imhome #bringmypackage #helplineisnothelpful
