Our #WritingBack #penpals have enjoyed writing to one another again during 2019-20, with 50 returning older pen pals paired with 47 students. Particularly during COVID, putting pen to paper is a great way to still maintain contact✍️✉️. Find out more here: writingback.co.uk.

After 8 years at @UniversityLeeds & 5 years running @writing_back, I'll be leaving Leeds on Friday for a new role in the Operations team at the Manchester Cancer Research Centre. #WritingBack has grown from 28 participants, inspired by my grandma's #letters to 180 volunteers (1). – at Leeds, England
