I have a little list in my notes app called, "Everything Good." Whenever something makes me smile or reminds me why life is worth living, I jot it down. When I feel low, I go back, read that list, go through the memories, and live to enjoy another day.

Some of my biggest flops have been the things I am most proud of. Commercial and critical success is great! But we have to root for ourselves even when no one is clapping, too.
