“nothing, it was just a joke.” i asked him why everybody seemed to know a story about his ex that i'd never heard, even after we'd been together for two years.he said he didn't owe me a report on every relationship he'd ever had. and honestly, i knew he had a point. but if your partner's friends are still talking about an ex like that, and your partner hints there's more to the story, wouldn't you want to know what happened? or is that a part of his past i should just leave alone?
