Airtable et WordPress, c'est vraiment un duo d'enfer 🔥 (quand on sait comment les faire bosser ensemble)
Je m'explique. 👇
Pour WPMarmite Start, on utilise Airtable pour gérer les projets clients.
C'était LA bonne décision pour centraliser tout : noms, emails, statuts, échéances, URLs des sites… tout dans une base hyper claire, collaborative et éditable via Make.
Sauf qu’au début, nos clients n’avaient AUCUNE visibilité sur l’avancement de leur projet. Ça n'était qu'un usage interne.
On leur envoyait des recaps manuels pour partager notre avancement… et entre deux, c’était le silence radio. Pas terrible pour la confiance et l’expérience client. 😬
Et puis on a installé l'extension Air WP Sync de @wpconnectco.
Maintenant, dès que notre chef de projet change le statut d'un projet (par exemple « AttenteRetours » → « SiteValide » → « LivraisonOK »), BAM !
Ça se répercute instantanément sur le compte du client dans WordPress. ⚡️
Quand le client se connecte, il voit immédiatement le statut de son projet avec les actions nécessaires (fournir les retours, retirer le mode maintenance, etc).
Magique. Vraiment. ✨
Voici ce que Air WP Sync a changé concrètement pour nous :
- Synchronisation unidirectionnelle Airtable → WordPress ultra fiable ;
- Chaque ligne Airtable devient un contenu WordPress dédié (CPT Projet dans notre cas) ;
- Champs mappés directement sur les meta : statut, date, URL, support disponible, etc. ;
- Synchro instantanée en Pro (c’est ce qu’on utilise), donc zéro latence ;
- Plus un seul copier-coller à réaliser ;
Résultat ?
Les clients ont le même niveau d'information que nous. Cela génère moins de support et l'équipe peut se focaliser sur l'essentiel. 😍
