Pretty lame @ESPNFantasy starts emailing regularly out of the blue and then the unsubscribe button forces you to log-in (when it actually works... right now it sends you to a 502 error)
My @SouthwestAir flight cancelled 24 hours before boarding. Still on hold almost an hour after being quoted 2 minutes of wait time. Just credits, no refund, by default, so I have to cal to get my money back. New tix will cost 3x. Awful experience end to end.
Thanks @xfinity for sending me a customized video suggesting I had a missed payment, even though I paid it a month ago.
@askAnthem, were you planning on emailing your customers to let them know about the data breach? You should probably get on that.
@HuluPlus One way to drive people away after their free trial is to keep sending them emails after they unsubscribe. Three times.
