I never had an NBA opening night.
My whole regular season was one game, the last one of the year.
I scored 16 that night.
Two months later, I was an NBA champion.
Undrafted out of BYU.
Three years overseas before that phone call came.
God's timing rarely looks like ours.
But it's never late.

The Brew Crew is unrelenting. What a start to the 7th.
Jake Bauers homers on the 11th pitch of the at-bat then Garrett Mitchell follows it up with this bomb.
I am not a baseball expert by any means but that Jake Bauers at bat is the single best at bat I’ve ever witnessed

This guy literally said “That home run isn’t the worst thing that could happen” and it literally was the worst thing that could happen😂😂 It was first pitch

It's breaking my brain that this brewers team just might simply be better than the dodgers

-6'11" 235 -Textbook screen and score big: 71% FG on rolls, 41% pops
-Fluid mover, coordinated finisher. Threat to attack closeouts, fake DHOs
-30+ 3PTM in b2b seasons
-Efficient: 65% TS, 7.4 TO%, 18% USG
-Limited rim pro/D-potential
-Sometimes feels too complementary. Only scored 20+ twice
Late night film session takeaways:
UNC vs. USC
- Maximo Adams is my preseason pick for biggest energy provider in the ACC
- Rice and Arenas are LEGIT iso scorers
- Patience in the post will do wonders for Darius Ratliff
- UNC will be tough to keep off the offensive glass

Impressive debut performance for Duke’s 17-year old Joaquim Boumtje-Boumtje
The 7-2, 250 pound 17 year old who played this past season at the youth level for FC Barcelona put in 19 points, 7 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 steals on an efficient 7-11 shooting
Massive height advantage vs Belmont, took advantage of it, was aggressive from the jump, has a special combination of skill, motor, feel and physicality at his age and was dominant in just 22 minutes of action
I know it’s an exhibition against Belmont, but Duke’s defense looks relentless yet again.
They lost Maliq Brown, who had the best hands defensively in the country last year, but Boumtje Boumtje has made his presence felt inside and Blackwell is very active on the perimeter.
