The most powerful weapons are being used against unarmed civilians, humanitarian teams and ambulance crews are being targeted, rescue equipment and the evacuation of the wounded are being prevented, and mass killings are being carried out. Residents are being forced to evacuate their homes multiple times only to have them destroyed, leaving them without shelter or any safe place”, it added.
