I used to underestimate hot bath and hot tea if you catch a cold until this evening. I rode Okada for about 1 hour today because I didn’t see a vehicle from where I was cos it rained. So I had to use bike. By the time I got home, I was already feeling sick. First thing, I took painkillers for the bone pain I was already feeling. Boiled water immediately and had my bath (that type that the smoke will still be coming out), after that, had a cup of hot tea and I feel so much better already
