"Time' is the most frequently used noun in the English language.

Divesting from Hustle Culture isn't an overnight process.

"if society treated mental illness the way we treat physical illness...”
i'm gonna stop you right there.

What even is productivity anymore? 🤔

Our approach is partly inspired by @the_jennitaur's writing:
"The point of doing nothing...isn’t to return to work refreshed and ready to be more productive, but rather to question what we currently perceive as productive."
*QUESTION WHAT WE CURRENTLY PERCEIVE AS PRODUCTIVE*

One of the reasons it's so hard to deal with chronic stress is because our brains get so focused on the stressor we don't deal with the stress itself.
It's two separate things.
