Train your subconscious mind that Allah is with you, you have to obey Him, He will protect you and you're trusting His plans and letting go of all unnecessary attachments that only cause you sadness.

I liked only Indian probiotic drinks like kanji. I tried many different kanjis, like carrot and beetroot, and adding amla gives more flavour. I also added raw turmeric because I tend to get colds and coughs. I didn't like pineapple tepache. Very honestly, I felt like throwing up

Don't grieve too much over something in this world. No loss in this world is actually a loss. The only true loss is if you die without pleasing Allah. So, if something is keeping you upset, get closer to Allah and ask for a replacement and Jannah. You will start feeling better!

The mercy of Allah is so vast that even when you stumble, it follows u, even when u forget Him, He does not forget u. His mercy greets u at every dawn, shelters u in every trial, and awaits u in every sincere repentance. No matter how heavy your sins, His mercy is always heavier.

What is meant to be will find its way!

Never ignore if something suddenly strikes up in your heart. Start making dua for it. Everything happens for a reason.
