With our weak spots, injuries and tough schedule. I realistically see the Panthers winning between 6 to 7 games. I love my team, but we also gotta face reality. I hope I am wrong. But as always…. #keeppounding #bookmarkit

Every single day, I’m super grateful that Devin Lloyd and Bobby Okereke are on our team. They’ve completely transformed this defense, giving us a level of depth at linebacker we haven’t seen in years since Luke Kuechly’s retirement.
ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGERS! 🖤💙👑

This morning’s launch was scrubbed due to rough weather out at sea where the booster lands, so a spectacular “space jellyfish” could now be visible across Florida and parts of Georgia and the Carolinas early Tuesday morning following a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral...
With liftoff scheduled for 6:30 AM EDT, the timing is perfect for the rocket’s expanding exhaust plume to catch high-altitude sunlight while it remains dark on the ground. The most vivid display will occur between 6:34 and 6:38 AM as the rocket heads southeast toward engine cutoff. Florida will have the greatest chances of seeing this cool phenomenon, and skies look mostly clear for Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville!

I lost another brother to mental health this week. Eric was one of the best human beings I’ve ever met. He was kind, loving, and very selfless, the type to give you the shirt off his back, but like so many of us, wearing his smile as a mask to appear happy on the outside while suffering and hurting on the inside. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Robin Williams, “I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy. Because they know what it feels like to feel absolutely worthless and they don’t want anyone else to feel like that.” That was Eric. He would do anything for the people around him and never ask for anything in return.
Rest in peace my brother. I’m going to miss you so much. We all love you, we’ll take care of your family, and we’ll make sure your legacy carries on. 🙏🏼❤️
