I’ve seen no picture that describes better than this one:

Someone built a 1:1 replica of Steve Jobs original garage at #VCFMW 🤯
Someone actually made an Odyssey parody movie called “The Oddersey” shot entirely on… iMacs. They put actual iMac computers on cranes and attached special lenses to the iMac webcam to film the movie. Completely brilliant.

I love how visionOS handles lighting on virtual objects.
A lot of the time, they really feel like they’re sitting in the real world, reacting to the space around them. Small details like that make a huge difference for presence.

The graphics fidelity of the Apple Vision Pro keeps surprising me. VisionOS27 introduces physical space lighting that allows me to blend virtual illumination with my real-world environment. In this demo I used the Logitech Muse to act as a virtual flashlight. ISS 3D model by NASA

Apple still sets the bar for software design.
The way movies on Vision Pro reflect in the icy river of the new Iceland environment during the day, and how the snow softly glows at night, genuinely gives me goosebumps.

I don’t know if you noticed but it’s already been a few days since Ternus was appointed as Apple CEO and he’s already failed to deliver The Next Big Thing.
Apple just had its 50th anniversary and its new CEO John Ternus is 50 years old…
COINCIDENCE?????????
If Jony Ive designed a Pokémon, what would it look like?
Not out of the realm of possibility anymore.
So I was thinking… when Apple comes out with their new version of Siri, could they revive their "Think Different" ad campaign? The campaign could be reinvented, with new purpose and context around the use of Al. Just a thought…
📱chip became powerful enough for a Mac, allowing the Mac to go down market. Can an S chip from an ⌚️ become powerful enough to allow an iPhone to go down market? (Not sure how cheaper an S chip is compared to A chip, & not sure if S chip is even technically compatible with 📱)
