Believe that there are kind people in the world who are your silent supporters. There are people who fondly share inspiring stories of how you survived the storms. Someone out there is rooting for you. You aren't as unworthy as your overthinking mind imagines. You are valued.

When in doubt about future, think of a butterfly that was once a struggling caterpillar and was never sure of what comes next. When you will look back at your challenges later, you will realise these were just growing pains. Tough seasons don't last forever but tough people win.
