Profitable overall, but most wins are small (~$1, rare ~$20). Struggling to consistently capture large arb opportunities.

• ALT fetch: <1ms
• Submit via Jito / Nozomi (20–80ms)
→ Still losing big-profit races
On-chain Arb Bot
• Multi-pool swaps in single tx
• Prefetched accounts + ALTs
• Profit simulation inside program
• Fail tx if unprofitable
Issues:
• Latency vs competitors
• Auto pool/token discovery
• METEORA DLMM memory allocation limits
