This is a life-changing stress hack:
- Double-inhale through the nose
- Slow exhale through the mouth
- Repeat 3x
Do it before a big presentation or anytime you feel your stress levels rising. Immediate stress reduction. Almost too good to be true.
Highly recommend.

Apple Watch ..
A guy bought an Apple Watch 2 years ago for $399.
He uses it for 3 things. Time. Notifications. Step counting. That's a $399 medical device doing the job of a $20 Casio and a $15 pedometer.
His girlfriend — an ER nurse who wears the same watch on every shift — looked at his wrist and said:
"You have a device that can detect a car crash and call 911. That can measure your blood oxygen in real time. That can take an ECG and detect irregular heart rhythms. That can wake you with a silent vibration during your lightest sleep phase. That can eject water from its speaker after a swim. That can unlock your Mac without a password. That can find your iPhone when it's on silent by making it ping from inside a couch cushion. And you're using it to check the weather."
"200 million people are wearing this device right now. I'd estimate 180 million have never opened the Settings app on their wrist. Not once."
She set up 10 features on his watch in 12 minutes. He said the next morning — when the watch woke him with a gentle tap during his lightest sleep phase instead of a blaring alarm during his deepest — was the first time he understood what he'd been wearing for 2 years.
Here are 10 Apple Watch features most owners don't know they're wearing:🧵
Correct way of checking BP
You've been checking your BP wrong your whole life — and it might be silently damaging your kidneys.
People diagnosed with high BP walk around with it uncontrolled. And most of the times, the reason is bad measurement. Wrong hand position. Wrong cuff placement. Talking during the reading. Eating before the test. Every mistake adds to some error.
India's top cardiologist @Dr_AshokSeth breaks down the exact right way to check BP at home — hand position, cuff placement, timing, and the one myth about "left hand only" that everyone still believes.
If you or someone in your family checks BP at home, you need to watch this before your next reading.

Tom Brady nailed the starting point of leadership:
“If you don’t believe in yourself, why do you think those guys looking at you are going to believe in you?”
Before leaders transfer knowledge or skill, they transfer belief.
Belief is the first rep.
Stress changes everything... Andrew Huberman explains that so much of what we do for our health helps us build resilience to stress. But when your heart rate is racing, you need something that works in the moment.
His tool a double inhale followed by a long exhale. It’s a natural breathing pattern also seen in animals that can quickly slow your heart rate and reduce stress. Simple and something you can use almost anywhere.
