It filed a Motion to Dismiss in the discrimination case brought by the Jewish plaintiff and submitted sworn declarations claiming it is a “race-neutral” community, while insisting the Arkansas land held by its shell company, Wisdom Woods LLC, has nothing to do with RTTL. Its current lawyer is a self-described “chief rabbi of Nebraska.” Counter-semitism is simply dressing for Aarvoll's safe-edgy politics, the same way Conservative Inc. has long used the Southern Strategy as cover.
