Today was my last day at Magic Eden.
After 4.5 years of serving NFT creators and users, my time here has come to end.
I leave with gratitude — surviving the ups and downs, bear markets, bull markets, all the metas and the never ending chaos that comes with the it. Though, that’s exactly what I signed up for; and that’s what I plan to keep doing.
Will take a smol break for now and looking for another fulfilling opportunity elsewhere in this space 🫶

The capital will fund Dicey's bankroll, operations, and marketing as it launches a full-service casino and sportsbook.
iGaming is one of the fastest-growing verticals in global entertainment, but it has been plagued by opacity and a lack of meaningful product innovation. Starting February 1st, 15% of all Magic Eden revenue flows directly into the $ME token ecosystem.
The goal is simple. When Magic Eden wins, the ecosystem wins too.
That revenue is split evenly:
- 50% goes to $ME buybacks
- 50% is distributed as USDC rewards to $ME stakers, based on staking power
A few key details:
- Existing marketplace-only $ME buybacks are being replaced by this broader, ecosystem-wide system
- Staking power is determined by how much you stake and how long you stake it
- USDC rewards are claimable monthly, with the first claim available in March for February activity
- Rewards must be claimed within 90 days.

Season 4 is one month long and the last of the “old” seasons. Starting in February, rewards break into three lanes:
• Stake $ME → earn USDC from protocol revenue
• Monthly platform points → unlock free packs, Lucky Buys and more
• Limited time campaigns → token rewards when you least expect them
We kicked off buybacks with validator revenue, expanded to marketplace revenue and we’re rolling out buybacks across every product in 2026. Now, we’re adding USDC rewards and tightening the token farm.
Next year’s gonna hit different.
