Jobs through #offshorewind is one economic solution through #jobs and manufacturing that we can look forward to in these COVID times.
More offshore wind = more good jobs. 🌬️👷♀️🛠️ New analysis from @RystadEnergy shows demand for #OSW staff will triple over the next decade, with the U.S. being a major driver for industry growth: bit.ly/3aKFqPX #GreenJobs #NYOffshoreWind (via @OEdigital)

Thanks to @RepKathleenRice and @BillPascrell and all representatives who support offshore wind. It's smart energy and economic development policy and new Administration in D.C. is listening.
I led a bipartisan letter to @BOEM_DOI with @BillPascrell urging the federal government to greenlight new offshore wind projects in the New York Bight after years of delays.
Offshore wind will help us end our dependence on fossil fuels and jump-start the clean energy economy.

Great @Newsday editorial on the importance of projects like @SouthForkWind to deliver clean energy and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. We cannot let “baseless NIMBY concerns” derail the fight “that’s vital to the health of our region.”

"There’s a lot at stake in the state’s overall green energy program, besides the juice capable of powering 6M homes. @NYGovCuomo says it will create more than 50k jobs & attract $29B in private investment. Good environmental policy is good economic policy" newsday.com/amp/opinion/edit…
