One of the things I look for in privacy-preserving companies and services: strongly pro-privacy executives leaving and being replaced by people without a reputation for caring about privacy.

I am so heartbroken for Dylan and Johanna. They are going through the worst nightmare imaginable. They are two of the most loving people I know. If you can support them, please do. Let them feel the love and support of their community. Everything helps. gofund.me/8e042f666
Its painful to write this sad note. My close friends Dylan & Jo have lost their child, Caspian. Some may know Dylan from the hacker community as a member of cDc. The family is facing significant medical & funeral costs. A GoFundMe has been set up to help. Every donation or share truly matters: gofund.me/13b9506f0

1/The global IT outage caused by a failed Crowdstrike software update can apparently be fixed by booting Windows into Safe Mode and deleting a file. This means millions of Windows machines need to be booted and fixed by hand.
