Chris Christie UNLOADS on Vivek Ramswamy losing the Ohio governor’s race...
“You not only have to question the judgement of a man who would take a woman — an elderly woman, out of the car she was living in out of the parking lot in a church in Pennsylvania with her cats and put her in front of a video camera, and make that a TV add in the gubernatorial race. We know what Vivek Ramswamy is, and voters have judged him as such. But here is the real problem going forward. J.D. Vance stood 100 percent with Vivek Ramaswamy. Not only as a person and a candidate, but he stood behind that advertisement. And Vivek Ramaswamy will be forgotten. He is going to be sent to the dustbin of history. But J.D. Vance is going to be remembered, I think, for this campaign, for more than anything else, David, that he stood by that ad, a man who wrote a book on Catholicism, stood behind that ad. It’s a disgrace.”

We got your back, New York!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

Baier: When they say they’re stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon do you care about that?
El-Sayed: Of course I do. We had done that under Obama. If Trump had cared about stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, he wouldn't have torn up the JCPOA. This is entirely about his vanity.

On "shit countries."
The very first refugee I interviewed during my time in Nairobi with the @JesuitRefugee Service was a Somali man named Ali. This was in 1992, at the beginning of my two-year stay, and I was helping at a UN intake center that was processing asylum applications. Later I would meet and work with many Somali refugees, who had fled the war that had recently consumed their country.
At first, I assumed Ali was some sort of nomad or perhaps a poor farmer, because of his dissheveled appearance and his ragged clothes. I saw him as a "typical refugee," though I had little understanding of what that meant. At the time I had already learned a little Swahili so I asked him, rather pompously, what language he would like to speak in.
He replied in perfect English, "I can speak in Swahili of course, but also English, French, Italian and," he paused, "Latin." Ali had been a professor of philosopy at the University of Mogadishu who had received his doctorate at the University of Florence. He had fled violence in his country, along with his family, and ended up in Nairobi. (I tell his story at length, which I transcribed from a tape, in my book "This Our Exile.")
"I have five children, all small," he said. "We just want peace now."
It is easy to call countries "shit countries," especially if you've not spent much time there or don't know many people from that country. Most migrants and refugees would much prefer to stay home, but war, violence or famine prevents that. And they do exactly what we would do: flee to a safe place to protect their families and themselves.
I will always remember Ali, and how he challenged my idea of what a refugee is. Basically, they are us.

Nothing wrong with this answer; they didn't ask Tommy to do much. I think it's obvious you have to make the change at this point, but there needs to be an explanation for the change in play-calling and scheme in the second half. No reason Underwood couldn't have straight-give in pistol, split zone, majority 11 personnel.
Kyle Whittingham says he's not prepared to say Tommy Carr will be the starter moving forward. Needs to look at the film and evaluate what improved in the second half.

The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty

I get that games have protocols, but there was 1 second left on the stadium clock when the first Michigan Hail Mary ended.
NBC’s feed was slightly delayed (but its clock was accurate) causing the confusion. There is an entire rabbit hole you can go down to understand why this is somewhat common.
The coaches, players and fans see the stadium clock, not the TV broadcast.
In real life, inside the actual stadium, the B10 was right and NBC was wrong but due to protocols it’s the opposite.
