I handwrite a lot of notes and draw diagrams. As a visual learner, I recently plugged a diagram of UCP sessions into @NanoBanana, and the results were flawless. This is a game-changer for walking customers through my hard-to-read diagrams.

A few days ago, I tried Google's internal Agentspace instance, and I can safely say THIS is useful. I've switched from using Gemini directly. I've noticed responses are much more actionable and more likely to directly answer questions with supporting internal bugs/docs/code/etc.

The price-performance gap between Google and OpenAI is widening dramatically as the Gen AI leaderboard leapfrogging bonanza continues.

Learning from 25 years of Urs, Parthasarathy, and team tackling the crazy challenges that come with "infinitely" scaling computing is the definition of standing on the shoulders of giants. Make sure to check out the in-depth paper they published. cloud.google.com/transform/3…

I love Google's ruthless democratization of its tech, even in situations where, at first glance, it doesn't appear to make a lot of business sense. Gemini models in Copilot is a huge deal for getting Google's models in the hands of as many devs as possible cloud.google.com/blog/produc…

Just to be sure, @BusinessInsider are your analysts considering that those four companies operate cloud services that pass NVIDIA's GPUs through to much more than four companies?

The Pixel 9 is the first Google phone where I've felt like Google is truly serious about getting into the devices market. The build quality is excellent, navigating is iPhone-level smooth, way less day one bugs than previous phones, and the AI features are extremely useful.

Excited for the #Pixel9 event! I carry both iPhone (my iMessage box) & Pixel daily. Pixel AI features have made phones interesting again after years of incremental iOS upgrades. Continuous feature releases make it a more exciting device to own. Annual iOS feature dumps feel old🦖

Allocating a static external IP address to Vertex AI Pipelines and Managed Notebooks is not as simple as I had thought. In case someone finds themselves in this extremely niche situation, I've written up a tutorial: medium.com/@willisc718/assig…

Now this... this is what I've been waiting for... @supermemory allows you to enter miscellaneous memories and links and acts as a second brain when you want to recall something.

🧵Finally made the leap of faith from a MacBook to a Chromebook at work and so far it's been MOSTLY positive. Google has made remote dev more convenient than local dev. Cloud Workstations cover 90% of use cases and VS Code Remote SSH to a Debian VM covers the rest.

Many little programs I used to bulk install on my Mac with a Homebrew script are just baked into ChromeOS (e.g. paste history). If you have everything in Google, the meta key is insanely useful when searching for just about anything. Chrome profile switching feels more fluid.

The not so good/nitpicks: relearning keyboard shortcuts has been rough and some shortcuts can't be remapped. I wish window snapping was built in. I ended up having to install the Swift Snap chrome extension. MacBook material and device quality is still top notch.
