Wow what a day!! Wakefield to Kings Cross by 5 different trains!! 4 of which broke down in transit. 2 trains on the return trip as well due to a breakdown. 1 day - 6 trains @LNER 😱

There are about 280 catering/hospitality colleges in the UK. Yet we suffer from a huge skills and staff shortage. Why? Because the industry is underrated, under appreciated and professional education is very (very) poorly funded. This needs to change! #NationalWaitersDay
