🔴 RIGHT NOW: 8 migrants stand in court accused of murdering a man and stealing his house, before also draining his bank accounts and pension pots.
Just DAYS after Gary went missing, a lead suspect, Ibrahim Yosif, began renovating the man's house on Broad Avenue in Leicester. The house was said to have been completely transformed for those who were going to live there.
The court heard that Ibrahim Yosif then moved into the property with his wife, Dilan Rabati, and her sister, Dalya Rabati, as well as Dalya's husband at the time, Ahmed Nabla. Another person, Mabast Khalid, was also at the house when the arrests took place.
The court heard that as well as allegedly taking Gary's house, the defendants began to drain his bank accounts alongside his two pension pots.
Another part of the fraud is said to have involved Ibrahim Yosif, Dalya Rabati and Nazem Kakamondo making fake tenancy agreements giving the impression that Gary was letting his home to them.
Before disappearing, Gary had spent almost all of his life living in that same house, even after his parents died in 2004 and 2009 respectively.
He is said to have had a small and close group of friends, and visited the pub daily.
Despite "drinking more than he should", Gary ALWAYS returned home.
He occasionally travelled outside Leicester by bus or train, but again, he always returned home.
The prosecutor said that Diar Muhammedy and Mabast Khalid, both charged with assisting an offender, helped Ibrahim Yosif and Omed Firuzmand evade justice after they murdered Gary on 18 April 2024.
The pair allegedly provided Firuzmand with accommodation and washed items following the murder. It's said that both men worked for Yosif and were trusted by him.
The proceedings will continue at 2pm today.

Why hand your country to a citizen of a failed Islamist state who fled Somalia’s collapse…only to swear on the Quran in the Commons?
Britain once ruled the waves. Now it hands Parliament seats to refugees from places that can’t govern themselves, all so the guilt-ridden Left can atone for Empire.
Somalia collapsed under clan warfare and radical Islam. The UK’s answer? Import the same culture and put it in power.
Give your pence and then go take your country back.

LITTLE GIRLS WERE BEING TAKEN FROM BIRMINGHAM COUNCIL CHILDREN'S HOMES AND GANG RAPED. SOME WERE JUST 13 YEARS OLD. THE MEN WERE RAPING, BEATING AND TRAFFICKING THEM FOR SEX.
THE GIRLS WERE SUFFERING SUCH TERRIBLE PSYCHOLOGICAL HARM THAT SOME WERE TAKING OVERDOSES .OTHERS WERE INJURING THEMSELVES. INSTEAD OF RESCUING THESE CHILDREN, BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL WAS WORRIED ABOUT BAD PUBLICITY.
In 1991, Dr Jill Jesson investigated twenty girls in the council's care. She documented allegations of rape, serious physical injuries and devastating psychological damage. Several girls had taken overdoses. Others had inflicted injuries upon themselves.
THE COUNCIL WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PROTECTING ITSELF FROM BAD PUBLICITY.
Those are not my words. They are recorded in section 5.7 of Jesson's report, where she identified concern about protecting the children's homes, their residents and the Social Services Department itself from bad publicity.
Four years later, Director of Social Services Richard Evans presented the report to Birmingham councillors. He defended keeping it from wider circulation, warned against "voyeuristic intrusion" and claimed that concerns about the report being buried had been "deliberately manufactured".
Birmingham councillors then voted against an inquiry. Twelve votes to five.
But the story doesn't end in 1995.

NOW LOOK AT JESS PHILLIPS. BIRMINGHAM'S FIRST VICTIMS' CHAMPION.
In June 2012, Birmingham City Council appointed Labour councillor Jess Phillips as its first Victims' Champion. Her role included representing victims and lobbying the police and criminal justice organisations on their behalf.
Now look at what happened while she was serving on that council.
NOVEMBER 2014.
Dr Jill Jesson publicly alleged that Birmingham City Council had buried her report into the sexual exploitation of girls in its care. She said she had been instructed to remove references to the ethnicity of the men involved and that copies had been ordered destroyed.
APRIL 2015.
Senior council officer Peter Hay addressed the controversy before the council's scrutiny committee. He acknowledged that the reasons for withholding the report were unclear, but maintained there had been no cover-up.
MAY 2015.
Jess Phillips left Birmingham City Council after being elected MP for Birmingham Yardley.
Think about this sequence. Birmingham had appointed a politician specifically to champion victims. While Phillips was serving on the council, serious allegations resurfaced about the suppression of evidence concerning girls who had been raped and sexually exploited while in council care.
WHAT DID BIRMINGHAM'S VICTIMS' CHAMPION DO ABOUT THE JESSON REPORT?
Did Phillips demand to see the original? Did she ask who had ordered copies destroyed? Did she challenge the council's assurances that there had been no cover-up? Did she demand an independent investigation into what happened to the girls and the men who exploited them?
These are questions about what happened during her time in public office. The answers should be established from the records.
Phillips subsequently became the Government's Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls. In that role, she rejected Oldham's request for a government-led grooming gangs inquiry. The government continued to favour locally led investigations until Baroness Casey's audit prompted the announcement of a national statutory inquiry in June 2025.
THE WOMAN APPOINTED TO CHAMPION BIRMINGHAM'S VICTIMS LATER BECAME THE MINISTER RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFEGUARDING.
The question is what she did, in either role, to uncover the truth about Birmingham's historic failures.
AND BIRMINGHAM TODAY.
- 143 children identified as at risk of, or experiencing, sexual exploitation.
- More than half had repeatedly gone missing.
- 98 live child sexual exploitation investigations.
- Six grooming gangs identified..
- Two private-hire drivers had their licences revoked following police intelligence about potential sexual offences against children.
And the council's published figures still omit the ethnicity and nationality of the suspects.
Under pressure, Birmingham City Council has republished what it calls the Jesson Report. But the document released is the version presented to councillors in 1995, complete with Richard Evans's paper warning against "voyeuristic intrusion".
THE ORIGINAL, UNALTERED REPORT THAT JESSON SAYS SHE WROTE BEFORE REFERENCES TO THE ETHNICITY OF THE MEN WERE REMOVED HAS STILL NOT BEEN PUBLISHED.
The national statutory inquiry now has the power to compel evidence. It must establish who altered the report, whether copies were destroyed, what happened to the men exploiting the girls and what successive council administrations did when these allegations were raised.
That includes examining the records from 2014 and 2015, when Birmingham had an appointed Victims' Champion and the Jesson controversy was once again in the public domain.
THIRTY-FIVE YEARS AFTER THE GIRLS WERE ABUSED, THE QUESTION IS NOT WHETHER BIRMINGHAM NEEDS ANOTHER PROMISE TO PROTECT VICTIMS. IT IS WHETHER THE PEOPLE WHO HELD RESPONSIBILITY FOR VICTIMS WILL FINALLY BE REQUIRED TO ACCOUNT FOR WHAT THEY DID.

🚨 RAPED WOMAN > BAILED > RAPED MAN
Sedad Mustafa was originally accused of raping a woman in Wolverhampton, however he was released on "immigration bail" because his trial wasn't set until April 2029, literally 3 YEARS after the alleged event. In the meantime he was given his own tax-funded accommodation, where he then allegedly went on to rape a MAN in Leicester.
It was in May 2026 where he was arrested and charged with the 3 further counts of rape against the alleged male victim.
Mustafa denied the 3 new charges at Leicester Crown Court on 12 October.
He remains in custody, with a trial scheduled for 22 February 2027.
The court will decide whether both cases should be heard together. As his trials have not happened yet, no guilt has been proven at this time.

There was a situation at my daughter’s school last week which left her in tears. I went in to the school the day after to let them know we were removing her with immediate effect. The head teacher tried to explain but I had no interest in her excuses or reasons.
The school had a play and an open evening for next year’s new pupils, and my daughter’s class were asked to take the potential new pupils and their parents for a tour of the school and classes.
My daughter is the most softly spoken, polite and friendly child you’d probably ever meet. She’s one of just 40 Jewish pupils at the school out of over a thousand children. My wife wanted her to go to a non Jewish school because she felt concerned about the security threats at Jewish schools, and I don’t have much say in the matter as I’m just the dad. Our youngest goes to a Jewish school and the security simply isn’t anywhere good enough. This would be both their last year at school in this country because we’d already made the decision to leave the country before their next school year.
My oldest wears a tiny discreet Star of David pendant. It’s so inoffensive to anybody but allows her to express her Jewish faith in a small way.
When it was her turn in line to greet the family she would show around, the family was a Muslim family. My daughter has no personal issue with anybody and is friendly with two Muslim girls in her class who aren’t bothered by her being Jewish. But this family clearly were. In front of everyone, the father refused to be shown around by “a Jew”. He apparently, according to several parents and a teacher, raised his voice at her, and demanded that another child show them around. Instead of the head teacher condemning his behavior and telling him to leave, she asked my daughter to step aside and asked another pupil to show them around. Nobody except other parents, non Jewish parents, came to my daughter to ask if she was even ok. She was in a flood of tears, frightened and confused.
My wife got a phone call from another parent and insisted she would go fetch our daughter because she already knew what I would do had I gone there myself. But this is what we live in now. This is the new normal.
For reasons of what will come next, I won’t name the school. But this is going to escalate, a lot.

A teenage girl was dragged into bushes and raped in broad daylight by a masked man near a beauty spot in Knypersley, Staffordshire.
Police say she was walking on Newpool Road around 7:55am yesterday when a white man, roughly 6ft 1in, wearing a balaclava, black joggers and a black puffer coat, grabbed her and pulled her into the bushes.
Staffordshire Police have a cordon in place, are doing house-to-house and checking CCTV. They’re appealing for dog walkers who were in the area 7–8am and anyone with dashcam footage near Knypersley traffic lights, the railway line or Lineside Road.
If you know anything, call 101 and quote incident 104 of 12 October.

Labour have just told a man who nearly died after being kicked into the path of a van that his attacker could be released early from prison.
Last summer, James Hatcher was kicked by Salman Kamraman Karim into the path of a van in a random attack.
Hatcher suffered broken legs, ribs, pelvis, wrist and jaw, a punctured lung and a bleeding brain.
He went into a coma for 6 days.
He can’t work. He can’t live his life as he knew it. His whole life has been turned upside down by this criminal.
His attacker was only sentenced for grievous bodily harm in June.
Just 2 months later, Hatcher was notified that Karim will be eligible for early release.
Imagine the horror, imagine the sense of deep injustice, that his attacker could now walk free. James can barely even walk.
Don’t forget that early releases existed under the Tories too.
Only Reform will shut them down for good.
We will rapidly build new prisons, deport all 10,000+ foreign offenders in British jails, and create enough space to end all forms of early release.
Reform will keep violent criminals where they belong: in jail.

🚨 SUSPECTED ISIS BOMBMAKER WANTED FOR RAPE IN GERMANY FOUND LIVING IN UK ASYLUM HOTEL
A suspected Islamic State terrorist wanted in Germany over terrorism charges and the alleged rape of a woman was able to enter Britain illegally, claim asylum under a false identity and spend almost two months living in a taxpayer-funded hotel.
The case is believed to be the first known instance of a suspected ISIS terrorist entering Britain by small boat and living here undetected.
Layth Ibrahim Mohammed, 39, an Iraqi national, is accused of making booby-trap explosives for ISIS during the 2010s and working as a paid teacher at a school for the children of jihadist fighters.
He crossed the English Channel from France in August 2025 and was accommodated in a Home Office-funded hotel in Oldham, Greater Manchester, despite allegedly having links to one of the world’s most violent terrorist organisations.
Mohammed was finally arrested by National Crime Agency officers in October 2025, after German authorities uncovered his alleged ISIS background. He is now facing extradition proceedings in Britain.
In a remarkable development, his solicitor, Joanna Curtis, argued at Westminster Magistrates’ Court that extraditing him would be inhumane because he suffers from severe anxiety, depression and pins and needles.
The court also heard that Mohammed had suffered psychological trauma after his son was killed in a bombing in Iraq.
Judges are expected to decide whether he should be extradited on 3 November.
The terrifying prospect is that Mohammed may not be an isolated case. Questions will now inevitably swirl around how many others with suspected terrorist links have slipped through Britain’s borders undetected. With asylum accommodation increasingly moving out of hotels and into ordinary residential streets, the possibility that dangerous individuals could be living anonymously among unsuspecting communities deserves urgent scrutiny.
