To sum up my thread. Wild Thing is changing. Our cafe may be closing but we will be operating as a plant based ethical caterer. x

Another gorgeous weekend catering. So grateful to be apart of people’s special day.🌞 Alfresco dining in Waterfall Country. Colourful table clothes, outdoor ceremony, hand tied wild flowers, beautiful views of Brecon Beacons & colourful vegan food! The midsummer’s dream wedding.
We loved creating yesterday’s feast. Featuring organic local veggies from Coed Organics, British grown peas & lentils from Hodmedod & Organic Bread from Riverside Sourdough 🥰
Can’t recommend @wildthingcdf enough, now they’ve moved to catering I am 100% expecting the vegan buffet offer at meetings in Cardiff to improve 😃 better for you and better for the planet

In anticipation of @wildthingcdf closing, in case I have cravings, I tried making their iconic lavender (oat) milk, using their instructions wildthingcardiff.com/post/wi…, and, gosh, it's good. Not AS good, obviously, but good.
ALT Lavender milk in my Le P'tit Prince mug.
