If you want to feel better, lower inflammation and optimize your health, Step #1 is to stop eating out all the time. Most restaurants and fast food chains use cheap, rancid oils to cook and fry the food in. These oils are already toxic, imagine what cooking them in high heat repeatedly does. Also pretty much every single condiment like ketchup or BBQ sauce is made with high fructose corn syrup and every single salad dressing is made with soybean or canola oil. ALL of these add fuel to the inflammation fire.

The health of your gut sets the stage for the health and functioning of nearly every system in your body. Your immune system, your skin, your brain, your hormones, your fertility, your thyroid, energy, mood, detoxification and more Not everyone presents with gut symptoms. That’s why it’s important to test to see what’s going on beneath the surface

The health of your mitochondria is crucial⚡️ You must be able to produce cellular energy in order for your body to function optimally, to generate sex hormones, for you to have brain power, for optimal digestion, for your heart to beat, for you to have energy and all the other essential functions. Modern day life, nutrient deficiencies, toxins, prescription meds, antibiotics, avoiding the sun and prolonged stressors are damaging our mitochondria

So if there's someone who has an autoimmune disease right now, and they want to take one solid step forward to help themselves, what would it be? "No questions, hands down, slam dunk, nothing but net, no question, heal your gut. Nothing is more important. We’re investing billions into treating infertility after the fact - instead of addressing why so many couples are struggling to conceive in the first place. Where is the conversation about root causes? About mitochondrial issues, oxidative stress, environmental toxins that we ALL have in our bodies, endocrine disrupters, nutrient depletion, blood sugar dysregulation, endometriosis, poor gut health, chronic inflammation, and immune system dysfunction? #fertility

Detox isn't just about adding in more — it's about stopping the things that deplete your body's natural defenses, especially your glutathione.

“The only two things that cause all of our diseases and problems: our nutrient levels go down ⬇️ and our toxicity levels go up ⬆️” -Dr. Sherry Rogers, MD — a pioneer in environmental medicine (a field that focuses on how toxins and environmental exposures impact your health)

Is it a gallbladder issue Or is it: mold toxins BPA pesticides and excess estrogen thickening up your bile creating gallbladder issues The gallbladder is the garbage can for the liver You need to take out this trash if you want a healthy liver and gallbladder‼️

Disease doesn’t start when you get old. It starts years—sometimes decades—before. Long before the diagnosis. Before the symptoms. Before the “you’re fine” at your annual checkup. Inflammation was building. Toxins were storing. Blood sugar was spiking The gut was breaking down. Mitochondria were struggling The nervous system was sounding alarms. Your future health depends on what you do now.

People are scared to eat more than a couple eggs for breakfast & a steak with butter for dinner because "cholesterol" But have no problem eating donuts, chips, drinking alcohol, energy drinks, and sugar bomb Starbucks drinks Are real foods actually the reason for your health issues? Or it's all the other junk you're eating/ drinking?

"The healthy snack is one of the greatest weight loss deceptions. The myth that grazing is ‘healthy' has attained legendary status. If we were meant to graze, we would be cows. Grazing is the direct opposite of virtually all food traditions. Even as recently as the 196os, most people still ate just three meals per day. Constant stimulation of insulin eventually leads to insulin resistance." -DR. JASON FUNG

Liquor stores are allowed to legally sell alcohol on every corner, despite it being classified as a carcinogen directly linked to seven types of cancer, including breast, mouth, colon, liver, and throat cancer. Meanwhile, in Florida, you have to go through loopholes to get raw dairy because selling raw milk for direct human consumption is illegal. Does this even make sense?

Conversations with real people: "I ate all those foods growing up and I'm fine. Just live a little” Person is overweight with belly fat, fatigued, has joint pain, takes antacids and sleeping pills. Do you consider that "fine"?
