π’ UPDATE | #WLM2026 Competition Dates
A clarification following our earlier post:
National organisers may choose any continuous 30- or 31-day period within 1 Septβ31 Oct 2026.
β
1β30 Sept
β
15 Septβ15 Oct
β
1β31 Oct
So yes, a competition may span September and October, as long as it stays within the campaign window and does not exceed 31 days.
Apologies for the confusion! π

Reminder for #WikiLovesMonuments 2026 Organisers
WLM runs during September and October, but each participating country may choose only ONE competition month.
Your campaign must not span both months (e.g., 15 days in September + 15 days in October is not permitted).
Plan early and choose the month that works best for your community.
