It's been a while since I did a podcast, and I really enjoyed getting back on the saddle. Hopefully, there is more to come. #podcast #Gratitude buzzsprout.com/1957477/episo…

In August 2020, I sold my company. I thought I’d reached the summit. I had enough to never work again. But within weeks, the "empty void" set in. I was winning the Finance game, but I was losing at life. 🧵 Most high-achievers have one gear: Intensity. We’re taught that the "Motor" is all that matters. If we just go faster, work harder, and red-line the engine, the fulfillment will follow. But I learned the hard way: Action without Vision is just a motor without a car. I was red-lining my engine, but I had no steering wheel. My health was an afterthought. My relationships were transactional. My "Focus" was scattered across different task management tools and notebooks. I was "shoulding" on myself every single day. I had to stop being a "Hustler" and start being an Architect. So I took time off and gave my past a good hard look. Then I started. I built the F4 Framework to bridge the G.A.P. (Goals, Accountability, Process). It’s the operating system I used to get my life back, and it’s what I now install for several people who were feeling that missing "thing". I like to call them "Legends." The 4 Pillars of a Legend: Fitness: The "Show Up" principle. Focus: The discipline of strategic stillness. Fraternity: Managing your 150 (Dunbar’s Number). Finance: Making money a servant, not a master. I don’t do "Country Club" coaching. No fluff. No smoke. No "shoulds." We run the HAF+ Time Report every Sunday: • Hurdles (Identify) • Ahas (Learn) • Fixes (Execute) Intensity is the motor. This is the car. I am looking for more Legends to join the "Brave Cave." If you’ve hit the pinnacle or have success but feel like you’re peering into an abyss, stop spinning the wheels. DM me "MOTOR". Let's build the car together.

In 2020, I sold my company and hit the "pinnacle." Then the excitement faded. I was staring at a blank screen and a profound sense of imbalance. I realized I was winning at Finance but losing at life. I had the "Motor" (Intensity) but no "Car" (Intention). So I started running a weekly HAF+ Report to find my way back. My first one looked like this: Hurdle: I had no purpose because my singular focus (business) was gone. Aha: True fulfillment only comes from balancing 4 pillars: Fitness, Focus, Fraternity, and Finance. Fix: I stopped "shoulding" on myself and installed a relentless operating system: The F4. Intensity got me the exit. Intention got me my life back. I’m looking for 5 more Legends to join the group I’m already coaching. DM me "MOTOR" if you're winning at work but losing at home.

Frequency has served me much more than intensity. It’s more important to show up than wait to show up when you’re ready to be at your best. #motivational #Performance #habits

Lots of my “ahas” that help me improve come from recognizing my patterns that hold me back! #Journaling

Ordinary for me today feels like a silent power. I’m a “sleeper” today. Ordinary on the exterior with a big motor under the hood!

Over the years, I have accumulated a bunch of scars. Can't think of any that didn't have a good lesson attached to it. Looking forward to unpacking some of these in my Legend™ program this month.
