Romania’s Constitutional Court annulled 9 million votes in the 2024 election, with its judges allegedly tied to Biden, Soros, and U.S.-backed NGOs.
Elena Simina Tănăsescu, a Constitutional Court judge, was reportedly on the board of a Soros-funded NGO.
Livia Stanciu, a former Supreme Court president and current Constitutional Court judge, was publicly endorsed by Biden in 2014.
Bogdan Licu, a former Attorney General and now a Constitutional Court judge, was allegedly involved with USAID-funded Freedom House Romania.
Former Justice Minister Monica Macovei, also linked to Soros, confirmed U.S. funding of Romanian prosecutors, calling it an "investment."
Former President Traian Băsescu claimed the FBI and British intelligence allegedly helped shape Romania’s criminal laws.
