Periodic reminder that there is a difference between AI and generative AI. We like the AI that detects cancer, helps disabled people live their lives, etc. We don't like generative AI that steals from artists and drives people into psychosis.

Only a woman can write a scene like this bec this is exactly what women do in love and hope that men do for them. To be loved is to have someone listen to the song you mentioned, or watch a movie you like. Always the little things.

in order to become a better person, you must first realize how horrible you really are. not in the dramatic sense, but in the quiet ways you sabotage yourself, repeat unhealthy patterns, hurt people who care about you, or tolerate what wounds you. you cannot grow if you keep pretending you’re innocent in the story you’ve created.

Your period is the most honest report card your body will ever give you🫵🏾. Heavy bleeding tells you estrogen is dominant. Passing clots tells you your blood is stagnant and your liver is congested. Pain tells you inflammation is high. A long period tells you your uterine lining is overgrown because your hormones are not regulating properly. Brown spotting before or after tells you your body is not fully clearing old blood and that your liver is overburdened. Every single symptom is a message. Your body is communicating with you, the question is whether you are listening.🤏🏾
