Quest for a very long life

Now I gave myself possible sacroiliitis after switching zinc brands and underdoing it. I can't walk (again). Whoops. I'll see if I can fix this one too.
I had MRIs done, and my spine is improving. My ruptured L4/L5 disc was causing severe nerve pinching in February. At this severity, both chiropractor and spine doctor thought it was unlikely to fix, and that I'd need surgery. My recent MRI shows much less pinching. Treatment first included high dose celery juice (>32 oz/d) from April to May, ala @MedicalMedium. Down to 20% pain within a couple weeks. I switched to @T_R_Heisenberg's HG7 detox stack at very high, customized doses from June to now (lowtoxinforum.com/threads/th…). Down to <5% pain after a week or two. Both interventions likely reduced inflammation, since they were highly effective at reducing the intense sciatica pain radiating down the legs. They were as effective as if I had done a steroid injection in my nerve. I managed to avoid this and surgery. I also didn't take painkillers. Other things I did that didn't offer as quick relief were physical therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, anti-inflammatory foods (though ginger was good), inversion table, and red light therapy pads. I don't know when the disc ruptured. Nerve pain is absent unless the nerve is inflamed. I've had back issues for a decade. I didn't do recent heavy lifting that would suggest a clear disc injury. However, I do understand what caused the pain: a supplement experiment last winter involving lots of glucose, molybdenum, and vitamin C that went quite wrong. That is likely what inflamed my nerve, perhaps through drastic copper depletion that left a bunch of unbound iron in my system. EGCG is what helps the pain most, and this is a strong iron chelator. The pain isn't totally gone yet, but I'm nearly back to normal. I'll update later if I manage to beat it altogether.

One theory about the law of attraction is that "the source" has agendas and plans, and it needs people to do various tasks. If your mind can fully engage with the idea of handling the energy and demands of that path, the source might give prepared such people those opportunities

Your hair isn’t falling out because you have too much DHT. It’s falling out because your scalp is inflamed. Ketoconazole is an antifungal shampoo. In a small 1998 study, it thickened hair shafts about as much as 2% minoxidil after 6 months. An antifungal regrowing hair makes no sense if DHT is the whole story. What I’ve seen on myself: > 50g of fiber a day: hair started shedding > Reuteri yogurt: thicker hair within a week > High histamine: more shedding Calm the inflammation and the follicle comes back.

This is how you know Buddhism is evil, or, inverted. You should not be afraid of losing compassion for your aggressors. You should have a loving, whole heart, that celebrates, with zero hate. As you dance on their graves. That you had them, dig. "No bro you don't understand, they are you, too" Precisely. So death and separation are an illusion and we are all one. Yet here, difference and multitude. How is the part of you that goes awful going to learn and evolve. If you don't have them, lose?
Buddhist monks after being tortured by Chinese guards said that their biggest fear was losing compassion for their captors

People who cured / are curing their own cancer on X: 1/ @sytses - bone cancer, billionaire founder of Gitlab, developed 10+ personalized therapies for himself. 2/ @paul_conyngham - shrank his dog Rosie's mast cell cancer tumors after chemo and surgery weren't enough. Now backed by YC and Founders Fund 3/ @miriamgonp - stage 4 breast cancer, tumor sequenced, searching for vaccine manufacturer now 4/ @kevinace - stage 4 lung cancer, angel investor in 300+ companies, first drug stopped working after 18 months. Vaccine designed, now paying $300k out of pocket for the vaccine 5/ @masonbgrant: going founder mode on his his 32-year-old wife's rare liver cancer, sequencing her tumor with AI agents 6/ @ArunRLverma: former product leader at Atoms and Shopify, brain tumor, built a vaccine from his tumor. Now building an AI health agent startup based on what he went through We're going to make it

I can't remember any dream, but when I let my dear mom die from poisoning because I drop the antidote in a dog pie, yes THAT one I can recall perfectly, thanks brain

HG7 is basically 3-5g of EGCG, with some helping nutrients. EGCG is theorized to potentially heal the DNA. EGCG is theorized to be anti aging. EGCG is also harmful to the liver in high doses and therefore cannot execute these benefits. HG7 is not harmful to the liver (that we've seen so far). Put it together.

Try mentally simulating a task a few times before you do it. You're experienced now and it will seem easier If you sim 20 times, you get intermediate skill level 100 times and you're a master If your brain is good, do 100 times in a few seconds, then apply to all areas of life

My brain works twice as fast if I turn off my internal dialogue. It saves so much processing power. Highly recommended.

My friend makes a $30 million / year salary at Open AI. The high salaries might suggest a rug pull. Extract as much as you can from investors before the ponzi scheme crashes.
If AI doesn't produce enough value compared to the investment, it might just crash and be a blip in history. Of what could be possible in a world of infinite resources, that isn't ours

This is important Probably way more important than the math singularity that's already happening. Physics Singularity is taking off these 2 very important discoveries are just from the last week or so, there are MANY more 1. AI agents just found two room temperature magnetic semiconductor candidates "In 3 days, 90+ Opus 5.5 agents helped us uncover two room-temperature magnetic semiconductor candidates in simulations: YBaMnFeO₅ and KV[Cr(CN)₆]." One candidate remained magnetically ordered up to 376 K (103°C) experimentally. 2. Google’s Gemini 4 agents helped crack an open problem in plasma physics, proposing new exact solutions for 3D magnetic plasma configurations, with promising candidates appearing within hours A tsunami of AI driven physics discoveries is coming. The world is going to change in ways most people can’t even imagine. What looks like Star Trek technology today will become everyday life soon. It's going to be amazing. links below

I've started omitting the quotation marks from times. I wake up 430. My class starts at 1040. I go to bed at 800. Excited to see how many seconds this saves me over my lifetime.

A new freshman majoring in computer science from Purdue just contacted me asking if I want to collaborate on extending one of my papers. Basically with AI, even 18 year old kids are capable of writing papers that take getting a PhD to understand. Wild times we live in.

Kid games where only one person wins and only one person gets the prize are pretty unrealistic and instill the wrong lesson that you should give up unless you are at the top of everything. Life has interesting second, third, and even 10th place prizes if you just stay in the game

I eventually realized that political discussions aren't actually about issues at all, they're screening questionnaires. In the extreme situation where you're given power, what do you do. If you share their values, they'll trust you more, and vise-versa. Tiger discourse is similar
A little heart to heart bc I am still shaken by what I witnessed on here yesterday. I would NEVER have expected so many people to openly celebrate a human being being mauled to death by a tiger. I am still trying to comprehend it and frankly struggling. I grew up with the understanding that human life has an inherent sanctity. That when another human being is being torn apart by a predator, our first instinct should be to SAVE HIM. Not to debate whether the animal’s life is more valuable. I could understand a handful of reactions from people whose religious or cultural traditions attach particular significance to certain animals, like idk India or something. Somewhere where they pray to cows or whatever else they do. But the sheer number of people on here siding with the tiger shocked me to my core. What level of dehumanisation does it take to get here? It reminds me of the communist-era dehumanisation I’ve heard about from my own family, where the individual human life becomes expendable in service of some supposedly higher ideal. Are we living in some sort of neo-communist dehumanisation era? I mean a lot points to it certainly. And before someone deliberately misunderstands me AGAIN: I am not advocating killing the tiger now. That would serve absolutely no purpose. I’m saying that while a human being was actively being mauled to death, I believe every necessary measure should have been taken to save his life, including shooting the animal if there was no other way to stop the attack. Any man (who doesn’t pray to cows) with a spine should be absolutely clear and united on this, no? I really thought that was one of the most basic moral instincts we shared. Alas I was mistaken. And yesterday I found myself questioning something far more disturbing than the reactions to this particular tragedy: what happens to a civilisation when its own people no longer feel any instinctive obligation to protect one another? What happens when solidarity with your fellow human beings becomes optional, when belonging to a community carries no particular sense of responsibility and when the suffering of one of your own becomes a spectacle rather than a call to act? Something to uhh definitely think about bc a civilisation is also a moral agreement between people that their lives matter to one another. And I wonder how long that agreement can survive once people stop believing in it.
