My opinion of bread and cheese changed for good after I tried BMO sandwich at La cabra in Copenhagen. 14/10 will eat it every day.
It‘s absurd to make a competitive sport of bread and butter, but the cafes and bakeries in Copenhagen have done that. The latest gastronomic sensation there is bread and butter with a slice of cheese. This in a city where the best restaurants serve foraged food. Moss, ants, fermented things, objects from intertidal zones etc. It’s called bolle med ost (bun with cheese). There’s warm sourdough with a dark crust you can hear across the table. And an interior of irregular chambers to accommodate butter. Butter we thought we knew. We’d bought it for decades, sometimes made it. This is different, whipped into folds. It’s a different physical state of fat. The cheese (usually Gammel Knas, that takes more than two years to mature) is for the salt and the nutty finish. My wife and I became quiet whenever we ate the BMO. Married people will recognise this as one of the better sorts of silence. Neither party is in trouble. Copenhagen’s bakers have been competing over this kind of stuff: flour, fermentation, seeds, the precise condition of butter, the moment when cheese is to be sliced. We’ve now begun to resent all the bread and butter we’ve previously eaten.

I think what is actually needed is for Indian people to actually give a damn about their cities and fellow citizens. Anybody using the "I pay taxes, I shouldn't have to do anything" excuse should go live in another country. India isn't developed, it's developing, so it needs patriots, not parasites. If this triggers you, it means you're part of the problem. If you're not happy with the footpath (or a pothole, or anything else which is broken), fix it, or call someone to fix it, and don't give up until it's fixed. Be relentless. Be vocal. Be creative. Make it your mission to get that one thing fixed. Look at what Virendra (@Virendra0698) did by just calling the right people and being respectful (but also persistent). He and Arun Pai (@arunpaiblrwalks) along with the help of GBA and some wonderful volunteers turned an unofficial garbage dump into a pristine, beautiful footpath through sheer force of will. xitter.cf/Virendra0698/status/21…

Fam - why didn’t anyone tell me that @etihad is the most apathetic airlines in the world😭 They dropped an entire group of passengers from boarding a flight due to the delay caused by their own connecting flight and were extremely rude to the concerned passengers.

Using Instinct to track a tricky flight delay. It's smarter than most personal assistants I've used.

We hosted our 4th FDE event at the Salesforce tower last week. On the economics of the function and how it can scale. How are people charging for and accounting for revenue and spend in the function. Great to have @jamdac, Paul Staelin, Varun Jadia join us on the panel, and a very engaged audience! Look forward to hosting again and will post my notes soon.

TIL that the Magic Upma you get on @IndiGo6E flights comes from a Chennai brand called Triguni foods. What’s even cooler is that its founder Radha Daga started this business at the age of 60.

Saurabh has spent years running revenue teams for B2B SaaS companies. I've learned a lot from him for over a decade. Safe to say the man knows what they actually need. Now he's building a autopilot CRM he always wished he had. Check out @KloopAi
Replying to @taggy
@taggy and I started @KloopAi with a simple question: how can sales teams make more revenue with AI. We built a copilot for mid-market sales teams. Then 100 customer conversations told us we were looking in the wrong place. 1/8
