Transformation Tuesday. Age 27 vs age 47. On the left, Catherine is sweating while standing at a bar. On the right she's sweating during a solo 5 mile hike. What non-scale victories can you celebrate?

Strangely, life gets harder when you try to make it easy.
Exercising might be hard, but never moving makes life harder.
Uncomfortable conversations are hard, but avoiding every conflict is harder.
Mastering your craft is hard, but having no skills is harder.
Easy has a cost.
Cultivate a mindset to support your goal. That means consistency and that means not giving up even when it seems hard and you are not seeing the results that you want.
You have the opportunity as a grown-up who puts food in their own mouth to make choices that you are proud of.
Are you waiting to live your life until you hit a certain number on the scale? I am more than a number; are you?
As the old expression goes, if you fail to plan, then you don't have a plan. The same goes for weight loss and fitness.
