A female humpback whale had become entangled in a spider web of crab traps and lines. She was weighted down by hundreds of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay afloat. She also had hundreds of yards of line rope wrapped around her body, her tail, her torso, a line tugging in her mouth.
This is her story of giving gratitude.
A fisherman spotted her just east of the Faralon Islands (outside the Golden Gate) and radioed for help. Within a few hours, the rescue team arrived and determined that she was so badly off, the only way to save her was to dive in and untangle her…. a very dangerous proposition.
One slap of the tail could kill a rescuer.
They worked for hours with curved knives and eventually freed her.
When she was free, the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles. She then came back to each and every diver, one at a time, nudged them, and pushed gently, thanking them. Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience of their lives.
The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth says her eye was following him the whole time, and he will never be the same.
May you be so fortunate …

"Cancer is not the disease, but the symptom."
Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, oncologist and world-renowned expert in immunotherapy, says so.
His thesis: the root cause is not the tumor, but the collapse of the immune system.
There is a number in your blood test that almost no one looks at: the Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC). Normal range: 1,000 to 4,000 cells per microliter.
If you fall below a thousand, it's called lymphopenia.
And in medicine, since the nineties, the same finding always appears. Breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, whichever you choose: with lymphopenia, survival shortens significantly. Soon-Shiong speaks of between 200 and 300 publications pointing in the same direction.
Why? Because the ALC measures your lymphocytes and T cells. They are the ones that prevent infection, attack the tumor, and halt metastasis. They are your army.
The fact: chemotherapy and radiation produce lymphopenia.
The treatment that attacks the tumor also hits the cells you need the most.

3. 不积怨者

压抑情绪会让皮质醇连日居高不下。高水平皮质醇会抑制NK细胞，而NK细胞正是清除新生肿瘤细胞的免疫细胞。美国国家癌症研究所1987年利维的研究显示：情绪压抑程度最高的女性，NK细胞活性最低。
发怒并及时放下的人，皮质醇一小时就能恢复平稳；而隐忍压抑的人，身体的防御系统会长年处于薄弱状态。
很少有人提及的底层规律
这三类人有一个共同点：懂得释放。通过汗液排出毒素，通过断食清除受损细胞，通过表达释放情绪。
人体本就设计为不断释放，而现代生活教会了你不断压抑。
正是这种“紧抓不放”，既会催生疾病，也会阻碍显化。当你的身体紧抓旧毒素、旧怨愤不放，就无法接纳新的现实。
迷走神经是总开关。一旦激活，皮质醇下降，NK细胞开始运作，身体脱离生存应激状态，而疗愈与显化，只在这个状态下发生。

🚨 My dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer out of nowhere.
Just a few months ago, he was completely fine. His physical 5 months earlier showed normal labs. Then suddenly he started feeling achy and exhausted.
They ran bloodwork and his PSA came back at 141. It had been 3.4 just months earlier.
Scans showed Gleason 9 Prostate Cancer with widespread bone metastases. Stage 4.
We didn’t waste time. Along with the hormone blockers and chemo, his oncologist started adding:
- Ivermectin 24 mg/day
- Fenbendazole 222mg / day
Three months later, his PSA dropped from 141 to 0.25.
That’s a 99.8% drop.
He’s feeling much better, has more energy, and the numbers are moving in the right direction fast. His oncologist is very happy with how he’s responding.
We’re still waiting on the next set of scans, but right now, we’re extremely grateful for how well things are going.
This isn’t medical advice, just sharing what happened with my dad. If you or someone you love is going through something similar, I hope this gives you a little hope.

Cancer is skyrocketing since COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines were rolled out. They are called "Turbo Cancers" due to their extremely aggressive nature.
Since Oncologists don't comprehend Turbo Cancers caused by mRNA jabs (since many of them administered the poison), cancer patients need all available tools to help themselves.
I've written about high dose Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Vitamin C IV infusions and Melatonin. These show promise in treating and potentially curing Turbo Cancers.
SOURSOP (Annona muricata) is a tropical fruit native to USA, Caribbean and South America, now also found in Asia and Africa. Known in Portugese as "graviola", in Latin America as "guanabana" and in Indonesia as "sirsak"
It has more than 200 bioactive compounds: alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, acetogenins, etc
It is being extensively studied in Asia (not in North America)
Surveys have shown the following:
60% of Jamaican cancer patients disclosed using Soursop for treatment of various malignancies, especially breast and prostate cancers
80% of Trinidad oncology clinic patients with breast, prostate and colorectal cancers reported using Soursop.
Also used widely for cancer therapy in Philippines, Peru, and Mexico.
Acetogenins are the main anti-cancer compounds - they are able to inhibit cancer cell mitochondrial ATP formation, cancer cells lose their supply of energy, leading to APOPTOSIS.
Acetogenins stimulate apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, reactive oxygen species production - they inhibit growth of tumors and block metastasis as well.

Big pharma is dragging their feet on doing proper clinical trials (I wonder why).
Recent July 2023 study by Silihe et al tested Soursop on female rat models of breast cancer.
Soursop leaves and pulp fruit reduced tumor incidence, tumor volume and weight, total protein levels, CA 15-3 levels and death incidence
Tumor reduction was more marked in rats with breast cancer who consumed Soursop fruit pulp compared to Soursop leaves extract.
Daily consumption of fruit showed better results than only 3 times a week.
Nevertheless, drinking tea from Soursop leaves offers tremendous anti-cancer benefits as well.
It is definitely worth adding Soursop as another tool in a cancer patient's toolbox.
