I transfered to a Welsh Dojo, after getting to Blue Belt in another form of Japanese Karate in England.
Decided to restart on a White Belt and learn the basics again from scratch, as starting a new form.
My first grading is tomorrow and I can't sleep.. 😭🫣
Mint!
For Gary, Happy belated Birthday mate. 👍❤️
If anyone could share this to our Gary Bennett that would be much appreciated. Up the Town!

Adran Trophy last 16 - Wrexham Women away at Llanfair United. Would meet the winners of Swansea City v Barry Town away in the QF. Probably TNS away in the semi final……tough draw…..
Penblwydd Hapus King Billy @billyashcroft9. One of the best players ever to wear a Wrexham shirt!

Brilliant news Humphrey is continuing as Patron at Wrexham Miners Project. His commitment to the community of Wrexham is inspiring. We can’t thank him enough for all he’s done for the Rescue Station @wrexham @leaderlive @fearlessidzine @WrexhamMiners
This questions are getting louder. Can’t put it off forever FAW….
Replying to @HarryWare07
@NoelMooney13 when will we get communication on how domestic football moves forward in the women's game. Week on week something comes up which is embarrassing for the league, whether it's internally or public, and today is just another example.
We were promised a strategy in spring, it's nearly October. You say it will be ready when it's ready, and women's football continues to be an afterthought as a result. Men's football has had all the focus, and to your credit it looks great, but women's football has been neglected as a result.
Clubs are tired, players are tired, communication is all people ask of and it's been shambolic. Please just tell us publicly where we stand before you lose quality players and interest in the leagues.

This Sunday, it's the opening fixtures of the Adran North/South, yet, we're now in a position where only half the games are being played.
Rescheduled Cup matches, because of reasons unrelated to pitch condition, two where there was no official available.
We still have no strategy either, and that strategy is supposedly based around the Adran Premier.
That's not the problem. This just isn't good enough for tier two, where these clubs work incredibly hard to reach it then get treated as an afterthought 👍

I witnessed the most impeccably observed minutes silence at any football match I’ve been at. Well done Wrexham and Saints fans honouring those killed in the mining disaster 92 years ago
It’s Thursday! So time for more rantings from me, @jde_888 and @dazjames7.
