Building secure super-apps with React Native and Nitro has never been easier. By moving heavy cryptography to Rust, we brought encryption and decryption time down to just ~9 ms. 🤯
Did you know on-device MLS encryption in React Native can take less than 1ms? 🦸🏻‍♂️ Here’s how we built one of the fastest end-to-end encryption demos in #ReactNative. ~0.9ms on-device MLS encryption powered by OpenMLS, Rust, and Nitro Modules.

every mobile ci pipeline tells you two things: pass, or fail. when it fails you get a red x and a screenshot. no cpu, no network, no logs. so you try to reproduce it locally, on a different machine, and half the time it just... passes. so we gave the ios simulator chrome devtools instead. every run now ships with the full picture: > cpu, fps and memory across the whole session > every network request your app fired > device logs, filtered and searchable all of it lined up to exactly what the app was doing when it broke.

I've been recently experimenting with a new way to run e2e flows in React Native. Same maestro e2e test, same yaml, but 2-3x faster. learn about Ennio 🧵

New in TanStack Router: more control over dynamic route params. Use params.parse to accept or skip a candidate, with priority for overlapping dynamic params.

🔐 Security Rule #1: The smaller your attack surface, the harder your app is to break. Mobile security is not just a mobile problem. Backend, infrastructure, frontend, CI/CD and mobile all need to work together as a single security layer. Most mobile apps are vulnerable long before the attacker even opens the APK.
