I know i probably shouldn't post this, but i don't know what's awaiting for me tomorrow, so here it is: for the past two years, my mental health has been getting progressively worse overtime, and with no signs of getting any better
In many days I feel like not getting up of bed, not feeling like doing anything at all; other days I just burst into tears for aparently no reason. I don't know anymore if i'm overthinking shit, or if i'm right; everything hurts and I don't really know if i should keep going
