Never fell for this. Coldcard UX was always convoluted masked as being advanced. I never wanted to handhold first timers with it. For those into spending the time, it was a @SeedSigner . Thankfully now, @Bitkey and their UX exists so I don't have to handhold first timers.

I’m honest enough to admit this… The only reason I ever bought coldcards was because I wanted to be part of the maxi cool kids club. That is an incredibly cringe and stupid reason for using any security product. Let alone a bitcoin wallet.

Yesterday I was reminded that since 2021, @nvk has owned and redirected seedsigner.org and seedsigner.net to airgapcomputer.com. This realistically doesn't impact the project much, but is yet another example of his ill will towards @SeedSigner.

The only HWW I'm aware of that will not attempt to generate a key without user provided entropy is a @SeedSigner. They force you to provide your own key or entropy. THIS SHOULD BE THE STANDARD! 3/7
