My cancer case is n=1. I'm not holding it up as a model, because most of what I did is not specifically replicable or scaleable. But it is a proof of concept that fully personalized medicine, built around one patient's own biology, is viable in ways it simply wasn't a few years ago. I have lived a version of the future of cancer care that I think is worth aspiring to more broadly.
Many of the tools that made this future possible for me are getting better, faster, cheaper, and more accessible every year. I think what we need next is the infrastructure to deploy these tools, and the community willing to build this infrastructure, one patient at a time.
I want to help that future arrive faster. I wrote an article in The Cancer Letter cancerletter.com/guest-edito… for the physicians and researchers closest to the patients who could benefit most from this approach, who also believe in this future. If you are working towards building the systems and practices that will make personalized medicine operationally real, we want to collaborate with you too.

this is actually insane
> be tech guy in australia
> adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live
> not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4
> pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA
> feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold
> zero background in biology
> identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets
> design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch
> genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own
> need ethics approval to administer it
> red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine
> 3 months, finally approved
> drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection
> tumor halves
> coat gets glossy again
> dog is alive and happy
> professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?”
one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline.
we are going to cure so many diseases.
I dont think people realize how good things are going to get

Hi CZ, we met in Taiwan a few years ago. You probably don't remember me or @JonEvansJones, but I'd like to start by saying I think what you have done for the industry is actually underappreciated.
But I also think the Binance listing process needs a bit of a makeover.
For example, I know you're a huge science geek and supporter. Yet, @SUPRA_Labs can't get listed even after talking to folks for years now -- we're literally one of the best, pioneering Web3 Computer Science teams in the world!
The proof is that we're accepted to many of the top computer science venues globally, such as the #1 in the world, ACM CCS 2025 (we've been accepted multiple times).
We have the fastest EVM parallel execution algo in the world , we have the most performant DAG design in the world (arxiv.org/abs/2505.02761) and also our Hydrangea Consensus algorithm is likewise the fastest of its type in the world (eprint.iacr.org/2025/1112).
We were the 3rd Move Lang L1 to ever launch, but the Binance team listed another less technically skilled Move L2 (which now is a L1 apparently) over us, who have, to be frank, only the ability to fork technology... not make it... and it seems like their founders left the project.
As you can imagine, I'm just confused about the due diligence process, how that project could get listed but we couldn't.
Any pointers or suggestions?
We put a majority of our resources into pushing comp sci forward and continue to do so.
If the listing process is about merit, I assure you we have all the fundamentals. If it's about hype, well our DNA is more around proving our ideas than over exaggerating them for hype... but we'll work on that too.
Despite how I personally feel about CEX vs. DEX, which apparently is the same how you feel, our community without any surprises wants a Binance listing.
We'd love to continue to invest all we can to innovate Web3 and push the limits for our industry as a whole. Competition is good!
As a lover and supporter of the sciences too, I hope this message can be seen by folks in your orbit...
As a founder... I can resonate with some of the things being said regarding the listing process lately... Some of us just can't afford the ask though, especially since L1 projects like ours have block rewards that are required for long-term sustainability. The ask, fwiw, was more than founders own...
To my community, the truth remains, projects like ours need more liquidity and exposure, and Binance, like it or not, is still #1 in the world... I know this too.
To @cz_binance , I know you're not in charge of listings and such, but it would be cool if merit for core innovations (like being the best in the world in several protocol designs) could count for more in the decision-making process. In order for us to have innovated what we have... it requires a tremendous amount of focus, energy, and creativity (aka resources). We want to put our resources fully towards those objectives.
As a founder, you know projects need to keep as much of the limited resources they have to continue to give back to Web3, discovering what is possible for decentralized networks.
In short, we can't really afford the amount of tokens asked for from us either. And would love to see how we can move forward through our merits and contributions.
We are one of the most sincere and serious projects in the space. What we've been able to accomplish compared to competitors 4-8X better funded than us is remarkable.
Have a great day!
The “I told you to short” guys who’ve been calling for it the past weeks of uptrend will be euphoric today, and then we’ll see “we so backkk” in a few days 😂😅

Stablecoins are the next logical evolution of closed-loop payment networks
Historically, large merchants like Starbucks and Target built out their own internal payment networks in an attempt to circumvent fees paid to card networks and banks
Users upload funds onto their app → the merchant monetizes this “float” by investing it into liquid low-risk assets on the back-end → the merchant simply updates their internal ledger when the funds are spent
Given this model meaningfully improves their bottom-line, merchants have historically subsidized adoption with rewards
However, the tradeoff with closed-loop networks has always been interoperability — my Starbucks dollars aren’t fungible with my Target dollars given they exist on two independent payment networks
This has hamstrung the adoption of closed loop networks as users need to on and off-ramp into independent apps each time they want to spend
Blockchains and stablecoins however fundamentally change this
As open and programable networks, Amazon, Walmart and Target could each issue their own interoperable stablecoins
In other words, my Amazon dollars, Starbucks dollars, and Target dollars would all exist in the same wallet on the same open network (perhaps an even better model would be a consortium)
Said differently, stablecoins rails offer merchants all the benefits of having their own closed-loop payment network — float income, evading fees — with the same benefits of operating on an open network — interoperability
Stripe, Shopify, OpenAI, X, Amazon and Walmart are realizing that blockchains are credibly neutral infrastructure that allow them to own more of the payments stack themselves
While the incentives are there for merchants, the open question is whether consumers will overcome the path-dependent inertia of card payments

ANNOUNCEMENT
2021 - I started documenting my WEB3 journey through X.
What started as sharing alpha turned into something much bigger and life changing not only for me but for a lot of people. Late 2021 a project by the name of NeoTokyo started an ARG, offering free access to individuals and groups solving the riddles, what started as posting my progress on X turned into staying up for 3 days at a time glued to the screen.
The lifetime friends and connections made through the above led to @ColiseumCCCX, a project built without the help of marketing agencies or KOLs, and launched in the depth of the bear market.
We faced many difficulties during launch, including FUD from KOLs and even some prominent founders, through it all, we and the community continued to build and strive to move forward every single day since, today Coliseum stands successful as one of the best membership NFTs if not the best in terms of the utility provided. The bond and love formed between the community is unbreakable.
100% of my focus in the past 2 years has been Coliseum holders, we promised utility and we delivered.
Now I make them another promise: I love the community and we will ensure you are rewarded instead of grifted off of, for your consistent support during the bear market as we continued to defy odds and deliver over and over again,
I am more bullish than ever on the future of Coliseum, our community and the NFT space.
Coliseum will be expanding to the heights of WEB3 in 2024 and we will include thousands of people in our expanding ecosystem.
We’ve already established ourselves as having not only the ability to deliver immense utility but even more importantly as a REAL COMMUNITY working together on a common mission.
Now is the time to pull the trigger and join us before our come up and reap the rewards that come with it.
I survived the bear market and claimed my $FRAME tokens!
