right now heimdall is at his observatory. it’s past midnight so he sets a little fire to keep himself warm since he’s based on the cliffs near the sea. the sound of the waves, the heat of the fire and the stars in the sky help keep his head clear for what he might see tonight.

right now thor is homesick. he’s trying to sketch what the view from his old bedroom looked like, but he just can’t get the details right. maybe he should ask loki for magical help.

right now heimdall is officially being introduced to the avengers. of course he’s kept his eye on them whenever thor was with them on midgard but it’s finally happening. thor was nervous getting him to meet them, turns out he gets along with them quite nicely.

right now thor is sparring valkyrie. she’s using moves taught to her by the elder valkyries, and thor doesn’t stand a chance, but he’s happy to be beat by an expert. after this, he’s going to beg her to teach him everything.

right now heimdall is fixing part of the observatory that broke slightly after thor’s last re-entry. an easy fix and only needs a few parts from out of town. the observatory isn’t like the one back on old asgard, but he’s made it his own and it gets the job done.

right now heimdall is getting his cabin ready for when valkyrie, thor and loki come over to watch a football match with him. he’s putting out beers in several coolers, setting up speakers for the full football match experience, no snacks though everyone is only here for the beer.
