For the Alberta folks. With the pending transfer from Mountain Time to Alberta Time, have people had trouble setting up Zoom meetings?
@Zoom
It was a lovely evening. @FavSisYeg and I enjoyed meeting new folks and chatting with old and new Twitter contacts.
What a great turnout last night at the 1st #yeg Secret Tweetup post Covid! Thanks to everyone who attended & a special Thank You to @FifendekelYEG for hosting us! It was awesome to meet some tweeps IRL & see again some familiar faces from long ago tweetups. Plus there was pie🥧🤤

Don't be a hypocrite. It's all of them or none. No child is more important than another.
PSD Larry, thank you for your service.
It is with profound sadness the Edmonton Police Service Canine Unit announces the passing of Retired Police Service Dog Larry.
PSD Larry and his handler Sergeant Brian Parker attended over 1400 calls for service and were responsible for more than 130 arrests.
Prior to joining the unit, PSD Larry served as a patrol dog with the Medicine Hat Police Service. When his previous handler became a NHL referee, Larry, still young, ready to work and looking for a new home, found his place with Edmonton and the EPS.
In 2018, Sergeant Parker and PSD Larry competed in the Canadian Police Canine Association National Trials in Vancouver where Larry placed first overall in the Agility competition.
After the team retired in 2019, PSD Larry was able to enjoy a long retirement with his family.
Together, PSD Larry and Sergeant Parker served the Edmonton community with courage, integrity, resilience, and honor.

My @EPCOR measured power usage over 5 of the last 6 months is more than double my average monthly over the past 10+ years.
Is meter wrong? Called EPCOR. Told to check meter could cost up to $1000. Why should I pay for that?
I'm proud to be a WINGMAN once again this year and would be honoured if you decide to support me as I raise funds for the women and children escaping domestic abuse and being sheltered by WINGS.

So many of the comments left on Serena's post are, in a word, disgusting. The aspect of reasonable discourse has obviously left the building.
“I had to bring my son to watch me sign, it’s that important”. Real live social studies lesson for this young man #forevercanadian #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli @LukaszukAB #alberta #unity 🇨🇦❤️
I'm proud to be a WINGMAN for WINGS.

I took my mom, in a wheelchair, down five city blocks and struggled. In that time, we encountered vehicles stopped in crosswalks, trucks backed over sidewalks and very few ramps. We are failing people with disabilities in so many ways.
.@jodi_stonehouse I am proud to be one of your votes, and I know that you will go on to many awesome successes in the future.
Preparing to travel and comparing various travel insurance in Alberta. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Come on down and join us.
Well, I guess I may soon have to make a decision.
For the 5th week I have been at Koffee Cafe for the #YegChatUp and thus far nobody has joined me, though many have expressed interest.
Maybe I have bad breath, or don't use enough Old Spice. 🤔
It can be fun, come join next week.
