Early mornings have power. Before the texts, calls, emails and responsibilities start piling up, you get a chance to get ahead. Train. Read. Pray. Plan your day. A lot can be accomplished while most of the world is still sleeping boys.
Been away for a bit building something in my hometown. Opening a business has presented some challenges, but it’s also brought more opportunity for growth than I imagined!

Blessed to be named a 4.5⭐️ kicker and 3.5 ⭐️ punter by @KohlsKicking! Crazy to think, I just started playing football last year. Huge thank you to my coaches, family, and everyone who has pushed me and helped me along the way.

How long til someone in a park near you is charging a kid $40-$60 an hour to do a pointless half hearted med ball slam before juking out stationary trash cans after seeing this 🤣
My first day of self employment has been very reminiscent of my transition from high school to college. Almost too much free time..

Last night I was awarded offensive most valuable player for lacrosse. Here’s a couple of clips of me alluding defenders. Spring 🏈 starts next week, can’t wait!

💰 Another institution investing MILLIONS in their performance center, recovery, weight room etc.
Still not sure this stuff matters? Look at where programs are investing resources
It is HUGE for athletic performance.

No, it’s not the two, 25-30 minute weight room sessions a week where athletes encounter force in a controlled environment hurting your volleyball player’s back.
It’s the:
-10+ hours a week of practice with bad mechanics on bad surfaces
-Random running
-No days off mentality
-Lack of nutrition and sleep to facilitate recovery
But go on and get that 2 weeks no weight room full go on court note as the injury carousel takes another turn.

Blessed to receive an invitation to Junior Day at Catawba College by @tyhaines16 and @CoachVellucci. Excited to meet the staff, tour campus, and see the program in action.
