UPS, I need an explanation.
I shipped a package containing approximately $7,000 worth of merchandise. Tracking suddenly updated to: “The package has been damaged and all merchandise has been discarded.”
No photos. No documentation. No explanation. @UPS
I’ve shipped thousands of packages through UPS since 2017 and have never experienced anything like this.
How does a package get discarded without the shipper being contacted or provided any documentation of the damage?
I’d appreciate a response and some accountability.

Most @FedEx package arrival ever! A couple weeks ago I had artwork fall off the truck, the driver looked at it and left. Now, I get a broken club that has been opened.

We flew over Hurricane Milton about 90 minutes ago. Here is the view out the Dragon Endeavour window. Expect lots of images from this window as this is where I’m sleeping while we wait to undock and return to Earth.
Timelapse coming in a separate post.
