Designing the My QuitBuddy app, we channeled smokers we knew, applied everything we’d learned from other projects about what created genuine engagement, and we trod very carefully through deep personalisation, behavioural dynamics, and nudge theory to get the balance right.
Even after almost a decade since its launch, the My QuitBuddy app keeps its high star rating of 4.4/5 and extremely positive user reviews, demonstrating its utility and ensuring the app was visible in the app stores. Check out the little video snippet!
