For a Fanfic Author: Letter and Doodle board templates!
With Ao3 down, it's the perfect time to send your struggling authors some love!
Don't know how? Below are some message templates you can use! Two for text, two for drawing. Let them know what their work means to you!

TWO WAYS TO READ FICS WHILE AO3 IS DOWN:
1) ask authors or friends for fic pdfs!!! a lot of us keep copies of our favorites
2) fichub.net/ if you have a link to the fic (you can look up fic rec posts), and it usually works to download them while the site is down

WHAT TO DO WHILE AO3 IS DOWN - MASTERPOST
i am adding every google drive of every ship i can find (with a direct link to the author of the drive obviously) as well as two options for you to find other ships not listed. just open this document: docs.google.com/document/d/1…
these are the #shse fics I have saved in epub
if there's an intruder from another fandom like just turn a blind eye, i didn't open them all rn 😬

in case anyone needs a refresher: you can paste a fics URL into the wayback machine and read it as if you are on AO3. only catch is that newer fics are less likely to be archived.

We estimate that service restoration for #AO3 will take around 2 weeks but it could be up to 4 weeks. We are hopeful that we will be able to bring the site back up in a degraded state sooner. Refer to our status page for updates: otwstatus.org/
when we've assigned you your recipient, you will be given the info they put into the form (the ships/media/tropes/tags they like), but you will be given someone who has similar interests to you! you won't have to make anything for a ship you havent indicated you enjoy :)
thank you so much you guys are very kind :( we're just trying to do something for the fandom since its been a while since we had an event for everyone :/
