💻 What does it really mean to be connected in today’s world?
It means being able to access resources, find opportunities, learn new skills, and stay connected to the people and services that matter.
WCHC joined community partners at the Digital Inclusion Week Roundtable in Greenburgh to be part of the conversation about closing the digital divide and making technology more accessible to everyone.
Because access to technology shouldn’t be a privilege. It should be an opportunity for all.
Let’s keep the conversation going! What role do you think digital access plays in building stronger, healthier communities?

💜 TOGETHER, WE STAND. TOGETHER, WE BREAK THE SILENCE.
When communities come together for a meaningful cause, every step makes a difference!
Westchester Community Health Center (WCHC) was proud to participate in the Break the Silence on Domestic Violence 5K Run/Walk at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers.
It was an inspiring day of unity, awareness, and community support as we stood alongside advocates, neighbors, and community partners to raise awareness and show solidarity with those affected by domestic violence.
💜 Because healthy communities are built on more than healthcare. They're built on compassion, safety, and standing up for one another.
Thank you to the organizers and everyone who helped make this meaningful event possible!

Big thanks to the Children's Dream Foundation! 💙
We're pleased to share that WCHC has received a grant from the Children's Dream Foundation to enhance pediatric care across all four of our health centers.
This generous support from @ChildrensDream5 will fund:
🌟Pediatric pulse oximetry sensors, giving our care teams even faster, more precise readings for our youngest patients
🌟Portable cryosurgery systems with precision applicators, expanding our ability to treat common pediatric skin conditions right at the point of care
With this equipment, our providers can diagnose and treat more conditions in a single visit, meaning less back-and-forth for busy families and quicker peace of mind for parents.
Thank you, The Children's Dream Foundation, for investing in healthier futures for the kids and families we serve!

Did you know WCHC provides medical care right inside two Mount Vernon schools?
Our school-based health centers at Mount Vernon High School and Edward Williams Elementary School offer enrolled students care for unexpected health concerns, physical exams and immunizations.
Appointments and walk-ins are welcome during the school day while school is in session. That means more time learning for your child and less time away from work for you.
Learn more at wchchealth.org, and share this with a Mount Vernon parent who may not know about this resource!
