Hahaha fande, the Bible is clear Proverbs 27:17 iron sharpness iron, thank you for sharpening the young one but be encouraged with Hebrew 6:10 God will and has rewarded you Dearly,
I learned from friends @KBarigye @GKatabazi with beehive of experiences in handling Genz
I have employed young people (mainly S1-S4), but I am disappointed.
You train them, give them a sense of direction through counseling sessions & civic orientation, pay them decently but for most of them, their motivation lies elsewhere.
They drink 80% of their salary. The rest is on airtime & food. You spend most of your time attending to complaints from their families all about neglect.
Their sense of responsibility is zero.
While most people say they are paid little money, no one has come out to put heads together on how we can save a generation of irresponsible people who’s anticipation is to receive salary, disappear from duty, and attempt to reappear after they have drank it all silly.
This is awake up call to #youths #young #people the majority don't know a difference between being busy and being productive, they need your
"Never work just for the sake of working; work to make a difference, achieve results, and create value.
Let PURPOSE be the reason behind every task you do. Whatever job you take on, work with ambition, commitment, and the desire to yield results.
Work with purpose, because the true value of what you do lies in the results you create." #QuotesbyCPM

If you make a show of going against the times, flaunting your unconventional ideas and unorthodox ways, people will think that you only want attention and that you look down upon them. They will find a way to punish you for making them feel inferior. It is far safer to blend in and nurture the common touch. Share your originality only with tolerant friends and those who are sure to appreciate your uniqueness.
Good question, happy #worldfood day
Personally, I can testify to a wider audience that following this platform has helped me gain valuable soft skills in nurturing and guiding the little ones. Parenting is a continuous learning journey, and I am grateful for the practical insights and wisdom you continue to share.
You see @rkabushenga here's here not attending to help interpret these things to farmers and left @JackieAkampwera alone
Dear coffee @JackieAkampwera , farmers questions indeed are hard to interpret, just like testimonies in .. Churches but we're asking did those colleagues join u as team or @rkabushenga was installing machines @wekesa_amos was amazing blood of athletes @GKatabazi busy endorsing
This is the jet fuel I've received from the entrepreneur. Why I should wake up and go to work no matter what
Aliko Dangote is Africa’s wealthiest man, but he’s not taking it easy. He works just as hard as any staff in his business, rising around 5 a.m. for exercise and strategy.
Dangote’s disciplined work ethic is helping to industrialise Africa. His flagship $19-billion Lagos refinery, processing 650,000 barrels per day (bpd), is boosting the continent’s fuel self-sufficiency. A planned $20-billion, 700k-bpd expansion in Lamu, Kenya, promises to end import dependence and accelerate economic sovereignty.
Are you inspired?

Our policymakers & banks, I have a message for you. Changing coffee seasons are changing cash-flow cycles. @MAAIF_Uganda @ITCnews @EnabelinUganda @BOU_Official @mofpedU @henrymusasizi1 @FGoloobaMutebi
The arabicas in Elgon, Rwenzori & Kigezi are harvesting earlier and simultaneously. That means exporters need more working capital at once and farmers may finish earning earlier, leaving a cash gap when school fees fall due in Feb.
Climate resilience must therefore include financial resilience: flexible agricultural working capital for businesses and responsible microfinance for farmers, designed around actual harvest cycles and not fixed calendars.
Agriculture is changing. Our financial products and policies must change with it.

It is a very difficult season for coffee farmers and rural communities because the dry spell has already affected the 2026/27 crop, causing early ripening, lower outturn and significant losses for farmers
Yes Wasibi, alarming is the only word that adequately describes how the drought is developing in Uganda, for #coffee farmers and all other Ugandans depending on Agriculture and basic crops - how is the situation for #arabica in the Mt Elgon region, since the early negative impact and losses to the 2026-27 fly crop, is the main harvest now also hit? How long have the #kc communities been without rain now?
The situation is alarming
*BREAKING #KC UGANDA #COFFEE DROUGHT: Uganda's southern region centered around the greater Masaka region is reporting 60-80% of ALL #ROBUSTA #COFFEE severely hit by the ongoing drought with ZERO RAINS since 4-6 months and 50%-70% of the entire new 2026-27 crop wilting away in a region home to aprox 40% of Uganda's TOTAL national #coffee production, @SpillingTheBean 's inbox here on X, on other social media platforms, email and whatsapp is OVER-FLOWING with new pictures and videos that are ALARMING as it CONFIRMS the #coffee drought has become a massive concentration NATION-WIDE for Uganda's new crop !! These are IRREVERSIBLE LOSSES from which there will be NO RECOVERY !!
Rural #Uganda must not be left behind.Thousands of #NEETyouth elderly citizens in our mountains have limited internet access& cannot easily travel 2 sign a physical book as well. Let’s use trusted grassroots structures/local leaders @DaudiKabanda @HonTwallafadil @BalaamBarugahara
Gen. @mkainerugaba, for some of us living on coffee farms deep in Uganda’s mountains, leaving the farm during harvest season to physically sign the endorsement book isn’t easy.
Could you open an ONLINE ENDORSEMENT BOOK so those who wish to endorse your candidature can sign digitally from the farms?
Let the coffee farmers in the mountains participate too! @DaudiKabanda @HonTwallafadil @BalaamBarugahar
The realities are here but who's ready to fund them: without solar dryers, even organic &Fairtrade certification won’t guarantee a buyer. Without quality, no buyer will pay us
That’s why @CoffeeHoneyCoop has decided to learn from #ZukukaBora Coffee on how they solar drying coffee
What if Africa’s biggest energy gap is not only darkness, but value leaking every day because power is missing where that value is created?
More than 560 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa still live without electricity. The rural electricity deficit reached 447 million people in 2024.
But the deeper issue is not only power.
It is value.
Sub-Saharan Africa loses about 23% of food between harvest and retail, the highest rate of any region.
A tomato that rots because there is no cooling is lost income.
Fish sold quickly because there is no cold storage loses value.
Crops sold raw because communities cannot dry, mill, cool or process them send value elsewhere.
This is where the energy conversation must change.
A mini-grid should not only light homes.
It should power the cold room, dryer, mill, irrigation pump and processing equipment that keep value where the resource is produced.
Then electricity does two jobs.
It improves lives and helps create the income that makes the energy system more sustainable. The IEA shows that productive users can strengthen mini-grid revenues, with businesses using nearly three times more electricity per connection than households.
So the research frontier is not another study asking where Africa needs electricity.
It is this:
Can we identify where Africa is losing the most natural-resource value because reliable energy is missing, then target energy investment there and use the value recovered to sustain and scale the system?
Imagine mapping energy poverty with food losses, fisheries, agriculture, processing gaps, markets, finance and skills.
Then ask:
Where can one energy investment stop the greatest value leakage?
Success would no longer be only megawatts and connections.
It would be food saved, income created, jobs built and value retained locally.
Africa needs light.
But the real breakthrough is this:
Make energy capture value.
Dear @GoslinoJ @bgumisiriza , there's trouble in the city with this delegate
